DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  With the adoption of the new zoning code, vision clearance regulation was omitted from Chapter 28 with the intent to include it within building code, Chapter 27, under the "Safe and Sanitary Maintenance of Property" section. This amendment completes that change.
