I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following citizen committee appointments. Committee applications for mayoral appointments are attached. Statement of Interest forms are on file for these appointees where applicable.
MADISON CULTURAL ARTS DISTRICT BOARD
Overture recommendation:
SUSANNE VOELTZ (2nd A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a four-year term to the position of Mayor's Appointee. Ms. Voeltz is a board member of the Kanopy Dance Company. She succeeds James K. Ruhly.

SISTER CITY COLLABORATION COMMITTEE
JON F. HEINRICH (2nd A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Sister City Representative. Mr. Heinrich is a longstanding member of the Madison Camaguey Sister City Association. He succeeds Amy Zastrow.

SUSTAINABLE MADISON COMMITTEE
JOHN M. CONOWALL (12th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a two-year term to the position of Third Alternate. Mr. Conowall is a cab driver with Union Cab of Madison Cooperative. He is a board member of Madison Worker Cooperatives. He succeeds Craig Brown.

VENDING OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE
LILIANA FABELA (19th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Citizen-Voting. Ms. Fabela currently holds the position of Technical Advisor-Non-Voting and has served since 11-27-2012. She succeeds Shantelle N. James.
