WHEREAS, the water main improvements constructed by private contract in First Addition to Hawks Ridge Estates have been installed in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said water main improvements be and are hereby accepted.
