DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:   The subject property was attached to the City in May 2011 and was inadvertently not zoned CC, the same as other commercial properties in this area, which were zoned CC when the new map was approved in October, 2012.  There are no development proposals currently pending for this property.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
 
Map Amendment 00033 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
 
"28.022-00033.  The following described property is hereby omitted from the A (Agriculture) District and added to the CC (Commercial Center) District:
 
Lot 6, Assessor's Plat No. 10, Town of Blooming Grove, containing 8.1 acres of land."
