DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:   This ordinance rezones land at 415 W. Johnson Street, 226 N. Broom Street, and
424 W. Dayton Street .

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
 
Map Amendment 00029 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
 
"28.022-00029. The following described property is hereby omitted from the DR-2 (Downtown Residential 2) District and UMX (Urban Mixed-Use) District and added to the UMX (Urban Mixed-Use) District:
 
Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13 and 14, Block 41, Original Plat, recorded Volume A, Page 1 of Plats, Dane County Registry, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said parcel contains 60,890.5 square feet or 1.4 acres, more or less."
