Title

Authorizing the dissolution of the Zoning Code Rewrite Advisory Committee (ZCRAC)

Body

WHEREAS, the Common Council approved the creation of the Zoning Code Rewrite Advisory Committee to advise the Plan Commission and Common Council during the rewrite of the Zoning Code (Legislative File # 08645); and

WHEREAS, the Zoning Code Rewrite Advisory Committee periodically met with City staff and consultants beginning on April 14, 2008 and ending on January 24, 2012 to review and comment on the Zoning Code and Map; and

WHEREAS, the Common Council adopted the new Zoning Code and Map on March 29, 2011 and October 16, 2012 respectively.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Common Council thanks the Zoning Code Rewrite Advisory Committee for its work on the Zoning Code and Map, declares its duties complete, and hereby dissolves the Committee.
