I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following citizen committee appointments. Committee applications for mayoral appointments are attached. Statement of Interest forms are on file for these appointees where applicable.
DOWNTOWN COORDINATING COMMITTEE
MARY C. CARBINE, 3122 Hermina Street, 53714 (15th A.D.) - appoint to a three-year term to the position of Citizen. Ms. Caribine currently holds the First Alternate position and has served since 5-2-2006. She succeeds Chelsea B. Johnson.

NORTHPORT/WARNER PARK/SHERMAN NEIGHBORHOOD PUBLIC ART AD HOC SELECTION COMMITTEE
MARTI RYAN, 4533 Rigney Lane, 53704 (18th A.D.) - appoint to the position of Northport-Warner Park-Sherman Neighborhood Resident. Ms. Ryan serves on the Northside Planning Council and is the current chair of the Willy Street Co-op board.

JULIE ANN GRAZIANO, 4045 Cherokee Dr., 53711 (10th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Qualified Elector. Ms. Graziano is a human resources professional with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. She succeeds Sylvia A. Thornton.

PATRICIA T. LINDQUIST, 911 E. Dayton St., 53703 (2nd A.D.) - appoint to a seven-year term to the position of Member. Ms. Lindquist is a Natural Areas Coordinator with Community GroundWorks. She succeeds R. Chris Williamson.

VENDING OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE
JOHN N. MAGNINO, 423 N. Carroll St., 53703 (2nd A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of State Street Area or Capitol Concourse Resident. Mr. Magnino is the president of the State-Langdon Neighborhood Association. He succeeds Rosemary Lee.

LILIANA FABELA, 1014 Sue Pl., 53705 (19th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Technical Advisor-Non-Voting. Ms. Fabela is the store manager at Michael's Frozen Custard and a previous owner and operator of a food cart.

PETER J. MCELVANNA, 3501 Lerdahl Rd., 53704 (18th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Technical Advisor-Non-Voting. Mr. McElvanna is the owner of The Coopers Tavern.
