The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Subdivision (b) of Subsection (1) of Section 3.54 entitled "Compensation Plan" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by creating the classification of "Housing Initiatives Specialist" in Compensation Group 18, Range 10, thereof.
