Fiscal Note

This resolution would authorize the creation of a new Surveyor 1 (15-12) position in the Engineering Division.  After the new position is filled, an existing position of Engineering Operation Maintenance Worker (15-7) would be deleted.  Based upon a comparison of maximum salaries without longevity, annualized costs of $11,555 (or $13,121 including benefits) can be anticipated.  Costs for the remainder of 2012 would be accommodated by the management of salary savings.
