The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

1. Paragraph 3608. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

"28.06(2)(a)3608. The following described property is hereby omitted from the PCD(SIP) Planned Community Development(Specific Implementation Plan) District and added to the Amended PCD(GDP) Planned Community Development (General Development Plan) District:

Lot 1 of CSM #10528 Recorded in Document # 3545089, Volume 62, Page 177, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, containing 40,997 square feet or 0.9412 acres.”

2. Paragraph 3609. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

"28.06(2)(a)3529. The following described property is hereby omitted from the PCD(GDP) Planned Community Development (General Development Plan) District and added to the PCD(SIP) Planned Community Development (Specific Implementation Plan) District:
