Fiscal Note
City levy funding of $19,500 in support of a neighborhood conference is included in the 2012 adopted operating budget of the Planning Division. The Division anticipates that the full cost of the conference may range to $40,000, with $20,500 to be paid with conference registration fees and private fundraising. This Resolution amends the Planning Division 2012 operating budget to recognize the additional $20,500 in conference expense, fully offset with revenues, as follows:

$20,500 GN01-54901-222000 (Increase expense for Other Services General)
($20,500) GN01-78540-222000 (Increase Private Donations Revenues)

There is no net impact on the levy.
