Title
Dissolving the Ad Hoc Committee to Develop a Parking Strategic Plan.
Body
WHEREAS, the Ad Hoc Committee to Develop a Parking Strategic Plan was created by the Common Council by Resolution File #04579 on December 5, 2006 (RES-06-01029); and
 
WHEREAS, the Ad Hoc Committee met from May 15, 2007 to July 15, 2008; and
 
WHEREAS, a great deal of information was obtained and discussed relating to parking structures by the Ad Hoc Committee; and
 
WHEREAS, this information will be useful for the Parking Utility to consider in future parking projects, and will also be useful in supplementing the proposed financial sustainability planning for the Parking Utility and the City of Madison's Transportation Plan; and
 
WHEREAS, it has been over three years since the Ad Hoc Committee has met, and no written final report will be produced; and
 
WHEREAS, the Mayor and the Common Council want to publically thank members and staff of the Ad Hoc Committee for their time and effort, as follows:
