Resolved, that water service lateral installation improvements in Cardinal Glenn - Phase 2B, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2500 to expire not earlier than April 10, 2013 to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
