Approving the City to sign the Level 3-5 User Agreement for WISCOM for the Fire Department,

Resolution 12-00079. ID 24915 approved acceptance of a Homeland Security Grant from the Wisconsin Office of Justice Assistance to upgrade Fire VHF radios to WISCOM . WISCOM  increases communications capacity with any area in the State. The grant also requires that the City complete a Level 3-5 User Agreement for WISCOM which allows for increased coverage/capacity.  The City Attorney and Radio Shop have reviewed this agreement and there is no charge to the City.
 
WHEREAS, the City accepted the grant to upgrade Fire VHF radios for WISCOM and must comply with all grant conditions.
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Council approves the Mayor, City Clerk and any necessary Fire officials to sign a Level 3-5 User Agreement for WISCOM.
