Assessing Benefits to 3901 Hanson Road for Various Assessment Districts.
Body
WHEREAS, Resolution 06-00806 previously assessed benefits for the Hanson Road Neighborhood Sanitary Sewer and Water Main Assessment District, and;
WHEREAS, Resolution 08-00311 previously assessed benefits for the Northeast Industrial Area Phase 2 Assessment District, and;
WHEREAS, both assessments were erroneously deferred for this address which has been partially developed since 2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the sums so charged to 3901 Hanson Road be and are hereby assessed and levied upon said property payable by the owner of the lot or parcel of land benefitted over a period not to exceed 10 years as determined by the Board of Public Works.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the previous assessments be adjusted by the rate of inflation (as determined by the Construction Cost Index) from the time of the original assessment to the present, and that these assessments now become due and payable in full or in installments with simple interest accruing at 6% per annum in accordance with the original assessments.
