The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
      Subdivision (b) of Subsection (1) of Section 3.54 entitled "Compensation Plan" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by deleting the classification of "Labor Relations Manager" in Compensation Group 18, Range 17, and creating the classification of "Employee and Labor Relations Manager" in Compensation Group 18, Range 17, thereof.
