Amending Section 28.08(6)(b)5.d. of the Madison General Ordinances to remove the distance requirement between Bed and Breakfast establishments in the R5 District.

DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: Currently, there is a 500 foot distance requirement between Bed and Breakfast establishments in the R3, R4, RAL, R4L, R5, R6, R6H, and OR Districts. This amendment removes the distance requirement in the R5 District when both establishments are designated landmarks or landmark sites to accommodate a Bed and Breakfast at the Collins House, which is located within 500 feet of another Bed and Breakfast establishment.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Subparagraph d. of Paragraph 5. of Subdivision (b) entitled “Permitted Uses” of Subsection (6) entitled “R5 General Residence District” of Section 28.08 entitled “Residence Districts” of the Madison General Ordinances is amended to read as follows:
