Body

WHEREAS, on September 1, 2011, the developer, Madison Area Technical College, hereinafter the "Developer" had entered into a Contract For the Construction of Public Improvements that will be accepted by the City of Madison with the City of Madison, and;

WHEREAS, the Developer and the City have mutually agreed to modify the existing Contract For the Construction of Public Improvements that will be accepted by the City of Madison to provide substitute language regarding improvements to Wright Street.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute Addendum No. 1 for Madison College Gateway Building and Ingenuity Center, Contract No. 2281, with Madison Area Technical College.
