Approving plans and specifications and authorizing the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for STH 113 Tree Planting and Landscaping - 2012.

PREAMBLE
The median trees on STH 113 were removed during the reconstruction of STH 113 in 2011. This project will replace the trees that were removed and install shrubs and grasses in planting beds that will enhance and beautify the landscaping in the medians on the STH 113 corridor.
The plantings and trees will include species that are utilized and approved by City of Madison Forestry Department
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the plans and specifications for STH 113 Tree Planting and Landscaping -2012 are hereby approved, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
