Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a contract with Lazy Bones Laundry & Cleaning Services, Inc. for Fire Deparment Laundry Services
Body
The City requested bids for laundry services (No.8186-0-2011/SK) for all fire stations. The term of the contract will be for one year with 4 one-year options. Three vendors submitted proposals to the City. Lazy Bones Laundry and Cleaning Services, Inc was selected as the contractor to provide these services.
WHEREAS, the 2012 operating budget includes funds for a laundry services contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Lazy Bones Laundry & Cleaning Services, Inc. is awarded the contract.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the contract is for one year and will also include four one-year renewal options.
BE IT STILL FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute this contract.
