Beadles, both in Compensation Group 18, Range 14, in the permanent salary detail of the Information Technology budget, are deleted and recreated as "IT Applications Development Manager" and "IT Technical Services Manager," respectively, in Compensation Group 18, Range 14, and that the incumbents are reallocated to the new positions, thereof.
