Fiscal Note
The Resolution will amend the 2011 adopted capital budget of the Municipal Art Fund (PCED Project No 2, "Muncipal Art Fund," Account NO. 810427) to recognize $16,000 in revenues from private donations and commensurate expenditure authority. There is no net impact on the levy.

Amending the 2011 Capital Budget of the Municipal Art Fund to accept and expend private donations for the restoration of the Statue of Liberty Replica.
Body
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Madison, through the Department of Planning and Community and Economic Development, is authorized to accept donations of cash, goods and services for the restoration of the Statue of Liberty Replica.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that funds collected from an ad hoc community group calling themselves "Restoration of the Statue of Liberty Replica Committee" via their fiscal receiver Historic Madison, Inc. will be utilized for costs outlined in the conservation contractor's scope of services including: Repair, Repatination, Surface treatment, conservation of plaques and base, and reinstallation.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that the 2011 adopted capital budget of the Planning and Community and Economic Development agency, project No. 2, "Municipal Art Fund," be amended to increase expenditures for conservation services by $16,000 offset by a commensurate amount of revenue, as follows:
