Approving Addendum No. 1 Contract For the Construction of Public Improvements That Will be Accepted by the City of Madison For Woodstone - Phase 1, Private Contract No. 2257.   (9^th AD)

Body

WHEREAS, the developer, Pheasant Ridge, LLC, has received the City of Madison's approval to create the subdivision known as Woodstone; and,

WHEREAS, the City and the Developer have entered into a Contract For the Construction of Public Improvements That Will be Accepted by the City of Madison as previously approved by resolution RES-10-00522, ID 18504; and,

WHEREAS, the Developer is replatting a portion of the development, which will require additional infrastructure improvements; and,

WHEREAS, Section 16.23(9) of the Madison General Ordinances requires the developer to install the public improvements necessary to serve the subdivision.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute Addendum No. 1 for the Contract For the Construction of Public Improvements That Will be Accepted by the City of Madison For Woodstone - Phase 1, with Pheasant Ridge, LLC.
