Body
BE IT RESOLVED,
 
1)      That the plans and specifications for MCCA Culvert - 2110 Pearson Street, be and are hereby approved.
 
2)      That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
 
3)      That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to accept dedication of lands and/or easements from the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
 
4)      Whereas, the City of Madison has reached and agreement with the National Guard Bureau to allow the City of Madison to construct the storm sewer improvements and to have the costs reimbursed to the City upon completion, and
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City is authorized to advertise and receive bids for MCCA Culvert - 2110 Pearson Street, and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to sign an agreement with the National Guard Bureau to allow the construction and recovery of costs for the storm sewer improvements mentioned above.
