Body
WHEREAS, the 2011 adopted capital budgets of Traffic Engineering (Project No. 6, “Repaving Sayle St. Facility”) and Facilities Management (Project No. 29, “Parking Utility Shop Building/Grounds”) provide a total of $130,000 for the re-paving of the Sayle Street Facility; and

WHEREAS, based on bids received the funding is sufficient except for an 8% retainage/contingency expense, amounting to approximately $10,400; and

WHEREAS, in order to cover the potential additional expense, a budget amended is required to transfer funding authority in the amount of $10,357 from the Sayle Street Windows Replacement Project (Facilities Management Project No. 21, “Windows/HVAC Sayle Facility”) to the Repaving Sayle Street Facility project (Traffic Engineering Capital Budget project No. 6, “Repaving Sayle Street Facility.
