WHEREAS, The Center for Industry and Commerce, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of bikepath improvements listed below in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following bikepath be and are hereby accepted:

From Hanson Road along the east plat line to the northerly line of OL 2 at the IH39-90 right-of-way.

Increase in street infrastrucure value for Project No. 53B1888 $44,391.45 useful life of 40 years.
