WHEREAS, Autumnwood III, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of bike path improvements listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following bike path be and are hereby accepted:

Path starting at Lien Road extending north to the State of Wisconsin Rail Corridor, per CSM 113345.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1995 $23,474.90 useful life of 40 years.
