The Common Council of the City of Madison do ordain as follows:
1. Paragraph 3495. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3495. The following described property is hereby omitted from the PUD(SIP) Planned Unit Development (Specific Implementation Plan) District and added to the R1 Single-Family Residence District:
Part of Lot 2 Certified Survey Map No. 8625 Recorded in Volume 47 of Certified Survey Maps on Pages 205 and 206 as Document No. 2868464, Dane County Registry, located in the NE1/4 and NW1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 4, T6N, R8E, City of Madison, Dane County Wisconsin to-wit: Commencing at the NE corner of said Section 4; Thence S89º44'03"W, 1143.61 feet; thence S00º33'56"W, 415.21 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing S00º33'56”W, 144.79 feet; thence S89º44'03"W, 726.00 feet; thence N00º33'56"E, 118.00 feet; thence N89º44'20"E, 246.84 feet to a point of curve; thence northeasterly on a curve to the left which has a radius of 746.00 feet and a chord which bears N85º56...
