RESOLVED that water service lateral installation improvements in Linden Park - Phase 8 Contract #2229, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $1,500 to expire not earlier than October 26, 2010 to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
