Fiscal Note

This contract provides for an annualized salary of $110,903.78.  Funding has been included in the 2009 Adopted and 2010 Executive Operating Budgets.  No additional appropriation is required.

Confirming the re-appointment of Alan C. Schumacher to the position of Streets Superintendent subject to the approval and execution of a five-year employment agreement.

Body

Whereas, Mayor Cieslewicz has re-appointment Alan C. Schumacher to the position of Streets Superintendent and has recommended to the Common Council that his re-appointment be confirmed; and

Whereas, the parties have reached an accord on the terms and conditions of an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Schumacher;

Now therefore, be it resolved that Mr. Schumacher's re-appointment to the position of Streets Superintendent is hereby confirmed, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Schumacher.
