Fiscal Note
The new Zoning Ordinance represents a comprehensive reworking of the City's Zoning regulations that regulate the use and magnitude of development allowed on City land parcels. The new code results in many changes to zoning districts and should result in a more efficient zoning and approval process for many development projects. No appropriation is required to adopt the new Zoning Code.

DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This amended substitute ordinance adopts and confirms an Exhibit F creating the City's new Zoning Ordinance.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
All of Exhibit F repealing and recreating Chapter 28 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby adopted in its entirety and confirmed in all respects.
Said Exhibit F is published in pamphlet form by direction of the Common Council of the City of Madison, in accordance with Section 66.0103, Wisconsin Statutes.
