Water Utility Board recommendation:

DANIEL L. MELTON, 2138 Lafollette Avenue, 53704 (6th A.D.) - appoint to the position of Water Utility Board Representative. He succeeds Jonathan H. Standridge.

Ms. Birringer is a graduate student in the Urban and Regional Planning Department at UW-Madison. She is also an intern with the Development Team at T. Wall Properties. She succeeds Daniel Cornelius, who is resigning effective December 8, 2009....
