The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Subsection (2) entitled "Composition" of Section 3.56 entitled "Alcohol License Review Committee" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended to read as follows:
"(2) Composition. The Alcohol License Review Committee shall consist of seven (7) voting members, two (2) of whom shall be alderpersons (ex officio) and five (5) who shall be adult residents of the City, and three (3) five (5) nonvoting members who shall be the President of the Dane County Tavern League or designee, the City Clerk and the Chief of Police (ex officio) or their designees, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison Chancellor (ex officio) or designee, and the City of Madison Alcohol Policy Coordinator (ex officio).
