PREAMBLE

The Consultants will detail how their company will maintain this corridor for one year.  The selection process is dependent on each company answering questions pertaining to reseeding the parkway with Prairie Seed Mix and Detention Seed mix 1&2, sting-lining existing invasive vegetation, spot application of a herbicide and woody evasive plants eradication The location of this project is the Starkweather Creek corridor is between Milwaukee Street and Darbo Drive.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,

That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with EC3 Environmental Consulting Group, Inc. to provide a Vegetation Maintenance Proposal for Starkweather Parkway Restoration, Phase I.

Cost not to exceed $28,000.
