Body
WHEREAS, 219 N Fair Oaks LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sidewalk improvements by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: 215 N Fair Oaks.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sidewalk improvements be and are hereby accepted.
2. That the sidewalk improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• N Fair Oaks Ave from N of 215 N Fair Oaks Ave to S of 215 N Fair Oaks Ave
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 14533 by $ 8,035.33 for a useful life of 40 years.
