RESOLVED, that water service lateral installation in Quinn Ranch, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2,000.00 to expire not earlier than February 4, 2006, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
