Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Cooperative Agreement 2005 Renewal with Dane County for the investigation of water resources within the City of Madison through the Dane County Cooperative Water Resources Monitoring Program. Said Agreement renewal covers the period of 1/1/05 thru 12/31/05. Various Ald. Districts.

RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute a Cooperative Agreement 2005 Renewal with Dane County for the investigation of water resources within the City of Madison through the Dane County Cooperative Water Resource Monitoring Program. Said agreement renewal covers the period of January 1, 2005 through December 31, 2005, and;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Comptroller be authorized to make payment to Dane County in accordance with the Cooperative Agreement. Said payment to be made from Account No. ESTM-54809-563110
