Fiscal Note
Public Health Management estimates an $8,000 increase in related revenues. This increase has been anticipated in the 2009 Executive Operating Budget. No appropriation is required. There is no projected impact upon the tax levy.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Subdivision (b) entitled “Fees” of Subsection (8) entitled “Approval Process” of Section 7.47 entitled “Regulation of Discharge of Nonstorm Water “of the Madison General Ordinances is amended to read as follows:
“(b) Fees. The applicant shall pay to the City:
1. a nonrefundable twentyseventy-five dollar ($2575) application fee at the time of application before discharge begins;
2. the cost of connection and extension of service before discharge begins;
