Resolved that Water Service Lateral Installation improvements in First Addition to Valley Ridge, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2,500.00 to expire not earlier than August 1, 2007 to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
