Total project cost is $778,713.00.
This project was budgeted for in Project 13 of the 2008 Adopted Capital Budget for Planning & Community & Economic Development. Award of this contract will be contingent upon the adoption of a budget amendment establishing the budget authority for this project under CDA. CDA became the owner of the lands under RES-08-00057 and therefore the demolition of the existing buildings would be an expense of the CDA, to be funded by a transfer from TID 29.

BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for Allied Drive Redevelopment Project - Demolition - 2008, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to accept dedication of lands and/or easements from the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
