Title
Approving plans and specifications for public improvements required to serve Phase 17 of the Subdivision known as Village at Autumn Lake and authorizing construction to be undertaken by the Developer, and Rescinding Resolution RES-25-00116, Private Contracts 9579 and 9580 (District 17)
Body
WHEREAS, the developer, VAL, LLC, has received the City of Madison's conditional approval to create the subdivision known as Village at Autumn Lake; and,
WHEREAS, Section 16.23(9) of the Madison General Ordinances requires the developer to install the public improvements necessary to serve the subdivision; and,
WHEREAS, Section 16.23(9) of the Madison General Ordinances allows the developer to install the improvements in construction phases provided that a Declaration of Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions is executed for those lots included in future construction phases until such time as surety is provided to the City to guarantee the installation of the public improvements to serve said lots; and,
WHEREAS, the developer proposed to provide public improvements (excluding surface asphalt pavement) to serve Lots 1404 - 1425, inclusive, 1428 - 1432, inclusive, 1441 - 1446, inclusive, 1458 - 1460, and outlot 77 and 78 of Village at Autumn Lake Replat No. 8 as Phase 17; and,
WHEREAS, the developer received approval for the project on March 3, 2025 by Resolution RES-25-00116, File No. 87069; and,
WHEREAS, the Developer eliminated lots from this phase and proposes to provide public improvements (excluding surface asphalt pavement) to serve Lots 1404 - 1413, inclusive, 1415 - 1420, inclusive, Lots 1428-1432, inclusive, and outlot 77 of Village at Autumn Lake Replat No. 8 as Phase 17; and,
WHEREAS, the Developer eliminated lots from this phase and proposes to provide public surface asphalt pavement improvements to serve Lots 1404 - 1413, inclusive, 1415 - 1420, inclusive, Lots 1428-1432, inclusive, and outlot 7...
