The City has been awarded a grant of $35,000 from Dane County for this project. The City is also seeking a grant from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and cost sharing from the City of Fitchburg.

Approving plans and specifications and authorizing the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for Seminole Storm Sewer Reroute, Contract No. 6057. (10th AD)

BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for Seminole Storm Sewer Reroute, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to accept dedication of lands and/or easements from the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
4) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to accept grants or cost sharing from Dane County, Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and the City of Fitchburg.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute grant agreements and cost sharing agreements for
project funding.
