Title
Approving temporary construction work with associated noise impacts between the hours of 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM for work associated with Verizon Small Cell Facility at 1050 University Ave. (District 8)

PREAMBLE
Concordia Wireless, Inc., working on behalf of their client Verizon, submitted plans and associated documentation and received a small cell permit to install a new small cell facility within the right-of-way, located at 1050 University Ave. (near the intersection of University Ave. & Mills St.) in June of 2021. 2. Ongoing work with the UW project (CDIS) already includes a lane closure on the southerly side of University Ave., which will continue for quite sometime
3. An additional lane closure on University Ave. during the hours of 7am and 7pm would have major impacts to vehicle, bike and pedestrian traffic and Metro service through downtown
The proposed activities beyond the hours of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM may be as foll...
