Body
WHEREAS, Core Madison Gorham, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, street and terrace restoration by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: 339 W Gorham Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".

2. That said street and terrace improvements adjacent to 339 W Gorham Street are hereby accepted.
