Body

WHEREAS, the owner and developer, VAL, LLC, has received the City of Madison's conditional approval for Village at Autumn Lake Replat No. 8 replat 130 single-family lots and three outlots into 154 signal-family lots, three outlots to be dedicated to the public for stormwater management and open space use, and two outlots to be used for private open space, and,

 

WHERAS, there are outstanding final special assessments against existing parcels for street and sewer improvements that were applied in 2023 for the Felland Road Reconstruction Assessment District - 2023, Project #14335, and,

 

WHERAS, the owner and developer is requesting to be able to revise the remaining outstanding final special assessments, apply them to the new parcels to be created by the conditionally approved Lots in Village at Autumn Lake Replat No. 8.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

 

1.                     That the remaining final special assessments be revised and applied lots being created by the conditionally approved Village at Autumn Lake Replat No. 8.                     

 

2.                     That the remaining revised special assessment be paid over 8 annual installments.
