Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into an agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the inspection and maintenance of the Badger Road Pedestrian Overpass (Structure B-13-616).

PREAMBLE
The State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation replaced the Badger Road multi use overpass over the West Beltline Highway with the Park Street and West Badger Road intersection improvements. Prior to replacing the multi use overpass over the West Beltline Highway, the City had all the maintenance and inspection requirements for the previous bridge (Structure B-13-313).
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a maintenance agreement with the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the inspection and maintenance of the Badger Road Pedestrian Overpass (Structure B-13-616) of the West Beltline, which connects a multi use path between West Badger Road and East Badger Road.
