The Common Council of the City of Madison do ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3476. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3476. The following described property is hereby omitted from the R6 General Residence District and PUD(GDP) Planned Unit Development (General Development Plan) District and PUD(SIP) Planned Unit Development (Specific Implementation Plan) District and added to the R6 General Residence District:
All of Lots 1-10, Block 14, all of Lots 6-7, Block 15, and part of Lots 4, 5, & 8, Block 15, all in University Addition to Madison, as recorded in Volume A of Plats, on Page 9, as Document Number 109, Dane County Registry, also part of vacated Clymer Place as vacated by Resolution Number 4125, as recorded in Volume 371 of Miscellaneous, on Page 336, as Document Number 1041376, also vacated Clymer Place & N. Murray Street as vacated by Resolution Number 6088, as recorded in Volume 398 of Miscellaneous, on Pages 199-201, as Document Number 1083593, also located in the NE ¼ - NW ¼ and the NW ¼ - NW ¼, all in Section 23, T07N, R09E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows:
