Parks Staff Presentation and Discussion on updating MGO 8.17 (Vending in Public Parks)

Parks staff has been assessing the current Vending in Parks ordinance (MGO 8.17) and are recommending updates to the ordinance. We are looking for feedback from Facilities, Programs and Fees Subcommittee before we proceed with next steps in the process. The vending and commercial use ordinance recommended updates are intended to bring current practices in line with the Madison ordinance and establish regulations for private businesses involved in operating, promoting, or representing their businesses in Madison Parks.
