DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance amendment rezones the property located at 702-750 University Row and 5119 Silvertree Run from PD (Planned Development) District to Amended PD (GDP) (Planned Development-General Development Plan) District and approves a Specific Implementation Plan to construct a four-story, 190,000 square foot addition to the existing medical clinic and a detached four-story, 790-stall parking garage.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

1. WHEREAS, an Amended Planned Development District General Development Plan has been duly filed for approval of the Madison Common Council and is hereby made an integral component of the zoning district regulations.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Madison do ordain as follows:

Amendment 00687 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

“28.022-00687. An Amended Planned Development District General Development Plan is hereby approved for the following property:

Lots 1-3, University Crossing, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said parcel contains 8.5 acres (370,324 square feet)”


2. WHEREAS, a Planned Development District Specific Implementation Plan has been duly filed for approval of the Madison Common Council and is hereby made an integral component of the zoning district regulations.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Madison do ordain as follows:
