Fiscal Note
The 2011 Fleet Service Adopted Operating Budget provides $107,019 for the Superintendent position. The new annualized salary is to be $106,826.46. No appropriation is therefore required.

Submitting the name of William T. Vandenbrook for confirmation of a five-year term as the Fleet Service Superintendent.
Body
WHEREAS, Mayor Soglin has appointed William T. Vandenbrook to the position of Fleet Service Superintendent and has recommended to the Common Council that his appointment be confirmed; and
WHEREAS, the parties have reached an accord on the terms and conditions of an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Vandenbrook,
NOW THEREFORE, be resolved that Mr. Vandenbrook's appointment to the position of Fleet Service Superintendent is hereby confirmed, and the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized to execute an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Vandenbrook.
